The system cabinet, as implemented for medical applications, consists of:

 

• Control cabinet with touch screen HMI, dedicated Omron PLC controller for saline bath control and all control and electrical components.

• Bath cabinet that includes 3 extendable bath shelves. The saline baths fit compactly on the shelves and include automatic led lighting.

• Each bath typically houses 6 testers and includes temperature & saline level sensors, saline bath heater and saline agitator.

• The PLC communicates with the saline sensors and the fatigue testers, ensuring that testers automatically shut off in response to changes in saline temperature and levels.
