Main Screen:

The main screen offers a clear graphical display of all fatigue testers, presenting real-time data for ongoing tests. Each tester's status is color-coded for quick recognition, with icons showing key data such as set test parameters, cycle count, rate, displacement, force, as well as saline bath level and temperature.

Filtered Main Screen:

The filter option enables users to display and navigate specific tests based on criteria such as protocol, status, and other customizable parameters.

Tester Screen:

A clear and concise display of all current test settings and real-time readings.rs.

Status Screen:

Clear display of tester status throughout current test.

Waveform Screen:

The waveform graph displays real-time values for force, displacement, and excitation. The flexible axis can be easily adjusted to visualize the entire test waveform. Additionally, the graph can be exported to Excel for detailed analysis and performance documentation.

Protocol Screen:

Easily define protocol parameters with the following features:

  • Versatile Control Types: Choose from Force Control, Displacement Control, or Hybrid Control, which combines both force and displacement, allowing for more advanced and flexible test protocols.

  • Alert and Cutoff Thresholds: Set customizable alerts and automatic shutdown thresholds to safeguard the system and test components by preventing them from exceeding predefined safety limits.

  • Multi-Step Testing: Supports multi-step protocols, enabling smooth transitions between various test parameters or conditions, ideal for DFM testing

Test Progress Bar:

A concise table displays the progress of all running tests, with sortable columns for test protocol, cycles to completion, time remaining, and more. This allows for quick insights into the status of ongoing test protocols.
